Since our inception in 2008, our business has grown through personal recommendation and repeat business. We love working with many of the most loved and well-known brands in the UK and overseas, helping them to reach new heights, including record-breaking campaigns and many successful product launches.
Our name was inspired by the 2008 Booker Prize winner The White Tiger by Aravind Adiga. The White Tiger is a symbol of individuality and freedom. We continuously strive to embody the characteristics of the White Tiger:

Insight can’t add value if it doesn’t drive action
We drive successful deployment through an engaging partnership approach and through the creation of accessible, thought-provoking debriefs and deployment workshops. We create video debriefs, companion films and voxpop summaries to engage internal stakeholders and share with trade customers.
12 years on, we still work regularly with our first client, with our long-standing relationships being a source of great pride and a demonstration of the value we add. Our work regularly achieves industry recognition, as well as awards for effectiveness.
The Tiger Family
Dean has worked in insight since 1998, soaking up learning from a variety of inspiring agencies in the UK and Australia. He is a member of the Association of Qualitative Researchers and Independent Consultants Group. When not working or with the mini tigers, he’s usually in marathon running training, reading about running, trying to play guitar or at the football.
Julie has been a qualitative insight specialist since 1997. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Market Research Society. She loves thinking creatively and the mental challenge tough projects demand. When not working or with the family, she enjoys learning to be a silversmith and tickling our dog.
